Welcome to Lucy's Cakes! We’re thrilled to help make your celebration extra special. Here are a few important details to ensure everything goes smoothly:
Securing Your Order
To book your cake, a 50% deposit is required. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount upfront. Payments can be made through the options listed on our website or via Interac e-transfer. We appreciate your promptness in handling the payments to secure your order.
Changes and Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your cake order, just let us know at least 72 hours before your planned pickup or delivery. Please remember, once we start making your cake, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
Picking Up Your Cake
Once your cake leaves our kitchen, it’s in your caring hands. We do everything possible to ensure it’s packed securely, especially for intricate designs like multi-tier cakes. For these beauties, we highly recommend using our delivery service to ensure they arrive safely and look just as perfect as they taste.
Responsibility
Our responsibility ends when the cake is picked up or delivered and signed for. We pride ourselves on quality, but can’t be responsible for what happens to the cake once it's out of our care.
Making Changes
Got a last-minute tweak? We’ll do our best to accommodate changes to your cake’s size or design if you let us know 72 hours before your event. Sometimes changes might incur an additional charge, but we’ll always discuss this with you first.
